Our Sliding Scale Program

This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule for essential services based on family size and income.

We promise to:

✔ Offer discounted fees for patients who qualify

✔ Accept insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and more ​

✔ Not deny services based on a person’s:

• Inability to Pay
