Camp physicals, also known as pre-participation exams, are required by many summer camps to ensure children are healthy and ready for physical activity. At QuickVisit, our all-inclusive $159 for in-house services self-pay rate covers everything you need for camp clearance:

Bring your child’s camp forms, immunization records (we’ll review them but only provide tetanus and flu vaccines), and a list of current medications or health concerns. We’ll help complete all required documentation.
Yes — we provide care for children from birth through adulthood. There’s no age cutoff at QuickVisit.
Yes — we aim to complete all screenings, paperwork, and clearances in one visit. Our all-inclusive pricing means no surprise bills for in-house services.
We offer tetanus vaccines (Td and DTaP) for an additional $75, as well as seasonal flu shots. For other vaccinations, we can provide referrals to appropriate providers.
