Help ensure workplace safety and reduce liability by screening potential employees before they join your team. Our pre-employment drug screens are fast, accurate, and compliant with all state and federal regulations. For commercial drivers and safety-sensitive positions, Department of Transportation compliance isn’t optional – it’s the law. QuickVisit is fully certified to perform DOT drug and alcohol testing, including pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing. Our collectors are trained in DOT protocols, ensuring your compliance documentation stands up to any audit.
When workplace accidents occur, quick drug testing can be crucial for insurance claims and liability determination. We prioritize post-accident cases, understanding that timely testing is essential for accurate results. Our providers can also treat non-emergency injuries during the same visit, including wound care, stitches, and other minor procedures, streamlining the process for both employer and employee.
If you observe behaviors that suggest possible drug use, we provide immediate testing services. Our staff handles these sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion, maintaining the dignity of all parties while ensuring accurate results.

Accuracy and reliability are paramount in drug screening. QuickVisit follows strict protocols to ensure the integrity of every test.
5-Panel Test (Standard): Screens for marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, and PCP. This panel meets most employment screening requirements and is our most commonly requested test.
10-Panel Test (Comprehensive): Includes the standard five drugs plus benzodiazepines, barbiturates, methadone, propoxyphene, and methaqualone. Recommended for safety-sensitive positions or when broader screening is desired.
Urine testing remains the gold standard for most employment drug screening, offering a good detection window and proven reliability. Our collection sites maintain privacy and dignity while ensuring specimen integrity through temperature checks, adulterant testing, and secure chain-of-custody procedures.
We offer rapid testing in house, which takes about 30 minutes to result. If chain of custody drug screening or additional testing is required, we will send the specimen to our lab partner. These results will take about 7 business days to result.
We recognize that managing a drug-free workplace program requires more than just testing. QuickVisit partners with Iowa businesses to provide comprehensive support that goes beyond specimen collection.
For positive results, our Medical Review Officer (MRO) services provide an additional layer of verification. The MRO contacts individuals with positive results to determine if there’s a legitimate medical explanation, such as prescribed medications. This process protects both employers and employees while ensuring accuracy.
Drug testing involves complex legal and regulatory requirements. QuickVisit stays current with all federal and state regulations to ensure your testing program remains compliant.
For DOT-regulated employers, we ensure full compliance with Part 40 regulations. This includes proper collector training and certification, approved testing panels and cutoff levels, strict chain-of-custody procedures, and MRO review of all positive results.
