Your first appointment should take anywhere from 45 minutes to one hour. Expect to go over your medical history, which includes your mental health history. If you’ve been established with another behavioral health provider, please have any documentation or visit notes faxed to us before your visit. During your first visit, your provider will discuss and establish a treatment plan with you. If medication is needed, your provider will be able to prescribe that, and a follow-up visit will be booked.
