We provide both DOT-compliant and standard drug screenings with quick, accurate results. Our on-site rapid testing results within 30 minutes. For DOT compliant drug screens or further testing, we send samples to our outside lab company. Results return in about 7 business days.
Tuberculosis Testing
Healthcare, education, and residential facility positions often require TB skin tests. We handle these efficiently to keep your hiring timeline on track.
Vaccine Record Verification
While we don’t provide most vaccines, we can verify immunity through bloodwork (sent to our partner lab) or review your vaccine records. We do offer Tetanus Vaccines ($75 additional) if needed for workplace requirements.

How long does the exam take?
Most pre-employment physicals take less than 30 minutes with the provider. Our goal is to have you in and out in under an hour total, including check-in and any on-site testing.
Do I need paperwork from my employer?
Yes — bring any forms, job descriptions, or specific requirements from your employer. This helps us ensure we complete everything needed for your clearance.
Can I complete a drug test during the same visit?
Absolutely. We can handle drug screening, TB testing, and other requirements all in one visit.
How are results sent to my employer?
With your written consent, we provide all required documentation directly to your employer. For established employer accounts, we can often send results the same day.
Does insurance cover pre-employment physicals?
Pre-employment physicals are typically paid by the employer or are self-pay. They’re generally not covered by health insurance since they’re employment-related rather than medical treatment.
What if I need additional testing?
